Preschoolers being enrolled at SJCA must meet the following requirements: 1. Children must be between 2 1/2 and 5 years of age. 2. Children must be completely toilet trained. 3. A non-refundable registration fee of $50 must accompany the application and be forwarded to the school office prior to child's start date. If registering more than one child, there is a family registration rate of $65. 4. A health form signed by your child's physician must be provided prior to child's start date. 5. The "SJCA Tuitions & Fees Agreement" included in the welcome package mailed to each family in August, must be signed and returned by the first day of the school year with any tuitions and fees due.
Preschool Programs and Tuitions: 1. Tuitions are based on a ten month school year from September to June. 2. Tuitions may be paid in 10 monthly installments starting September 1st, and ending June 1st. 3. Tuitions do not include daily snacks. There is a $10.00 monthly fee in addition to tuition

Preschool Miscellaneous Programs, Fees and Charges:
Extra Care Services:
Before and After Care services are availble (for occassional use) for all students registered for a Half or Partial Day program, as space and staffing permits. Arrangements must be made in advance, in wrriting, and forwarded to the main office a minimum of 24 hours in advance of need. Services will be invoiced at an hourly rate based upon the monthly tuition for the registered program.
After Care Services for Full Day students: 3PM to 6PM $7.25 Per Day/Per Child Late Pick-Up (After 6pm) $5.25 Starting at 6:01pm, billed $5/15 minute increments
Nap Mat: Provided for FT students $30.00 Replacement charge if damaged
1. Invoices are due upon receipt. 2. Tuitions are invoiced on the 1st of each month, regardless of the day it falls on. Miscellaneous charges (i.e. after-care and before-care charges) are invoiced on the last day of each month during which charges are incurred, regardless of the day it falls on. 3. SJCA offers a lunch program through outside vendors. Lunch menus are distributed at least 2 weeks prior to the end of each month and are due back, with appropriate payment, by the 25th of the month in which it is distributed. 4. A $30 fee will be applied for each instance that a check, money order and/or bank check is returned to the school for any reason.
